What we collect and why
When you use our contact form we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, company name if provided, and your message. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and to carry on the conversation you started. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
- We do not add you to a mailing list without asking first.
- We do not use advertising trackers or third party analytics cookies on this site.
Bot protection
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that submissions come from a person rather than an automated script. Turnstile may process technical information about your browser and connection for this purpose. See the Cloudflare privacy policy for details.
Hosting and delivery
This site is hosted on Cloudflare's global network. Form submissions are delivered to us by email via Cloudflare's email service. Standard server logs may record technical data such as IP addresses for security purposes.
Retention
We keep enquiry emails for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. If you would like your details removed sooner, just ask.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct and erase personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict our processing of it. To exercise any of these rights, get in touch. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
