The pattern behind failed AI projects is remarkably consistent: technology first, workflow second, measurement never. We built aiby around the opposite habits. These are the principles we work to, and you are welcome to hold us to them.
The workflow comes first
We do not start with a model and look for somewhere to put it. We start with how your business runs, where the hours go, and what an improvement would actually be worth. Technology choices come last, once the problem is understood.
Small bets, honestly measured
Every pilot has success criteria agreed in writing before we build anything. If the numbers do not clear the bar, we tell you, and we do not recommend rolling it out. An honest failure on a small pilot is cheap. A quiet failure in production is not.
Humans stay in the loop where it matters
AI is genuinely good at a growing set of tasks and genuinely unreliable at others. Our designs put human review exactly where the cost of an error justifies it, and nowhere it does not. That judgement is most of the job.
You should be able to sack us
Everything we build is documented, handed over and runnable without us. We would rather keep clients because the work is good than because leaving is painful. No proprietary platforms, no artificial lock-in.
Plain English, always
If we cannot explain a system to the people who will depend on it, we do not understand it well enough ourselves. Reports, training and documentation are written for your team, not to impress other engineers.
